FOND DU LAC (WLUK) — Two people are facing charges after a drug bust in Fond du Lac.
Last Friday, the Fond du Lac Police Department and Lake Winnebago Area Metropolitan Enforcement Group Drug Unit executed a search warrant at 255 1/2 6th Street as part of an "ongoing investigation into illegal drug sales."
U.S. currency, cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were seized from the residence. Two people — 50-year-old Willie Davis and 37-year-old Jesse Seltrecht — were arrested and taken to the Fond du Lac County Jail.

In a news release, Lieutenant Nicholas Hahn said, “Illegal drug activity poses a serious threat to the safety and well-being of our community. This operation demonstrates our continued commitment to addressing these dangers. Those who choose to traffic drugs in Fond du Lac should know that we will take decisive action to hold them accountable under the law.”
The Fond du Lac Police Department said it is committed to combating illegal drug activity and protecting the safety and quality of life of the Fond du Lac community. Residents are encouraged to report suspicious activity to law enforcement.
