WYNNEWOOD, Okla. (KXII) — The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics busted a southern Oklahoma marijuana business for using illegal pesticides.
The agency served a search warrant Tuesday at Huang Zhewei 5858 LLC in Wynnewood in Garvin County. Agents seized nearly 9,000 plants as well as illegal pesticides.
OBN said it is “one of many instances of criminal organizations sidestepping health and safety regulations by applying extremely dangerous chemicals to their marijuana plants.”
