ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office had a little fun informing the public of a recent traffic stop that resulted in a drug bust.
In a Facebook post, the sheriff’s office said, “Earlier this week, our HEAT and ACE Unit worked an operation when a car rolled up to them smelling like a dispensary exploded in the front seat, tags expired longer than most relationships.”
Deputies found marijuana and methamphetamine in the car, and the passenger was arrested, the post went on to say.
“The driver? He got a nice little citation and was sent on his merry way,” the sheriff’s office said.
