RIPON (WLUK) — A K9 officer helped police seize drugs during a traffic stop.
Around 8:20 p.m. Tuesday, a Ripon Police Department officer conducted a traffic stop. K9 Blek was deployed for an exterior sniff of the vehicle. The dog alerted police to the presence of drugs, and a subsequent search yielded 29 grams of cocaine and 12.9 grams of marijuana, as well as more than $3,500 in cash.
