Nebraskans for Medical Marijuana is hitting the road again, and their next stop is right here in Scottsbluff.
Tonight, a town hall to pull back the curtain on the state’s medical cannabis program will be held at the Lied Scottsbluff Public Library. Since Nebraskans voted to approve medical access, plenty of questions remain about implementation and patient protections.
Executive Director Crista Eggers says these sessions are about more than just updates—they’re about accountability. She notes that while voters have spoken, the community must stay engaged to ensure those voices aren’t ignored by decision-makers.
Whether you’re a patient, a healthcare professional, or just a concerned neighbor, you’re invited to join the conversation.
The event is tonight, May 4th, at the Lied Scottsbluff Public Library from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
