City officials in the eastern Minnehaha County community of Brandon are re-evaluating the fees their town puts on the medical cannabis industry.
And that comes after a Brandon-based marijuana cultivation company flagged license costs in the Sioux Falls suburb’s local ordinances that outpace those in other South Dakota municipalities.
