Robert Arcuri – Resolution – R26-67 – A Resolution to formally acknowledge the intent of the Parish Council to amend Ord. No. 18-31, Sec. 113-305(2) of the St. John the Baptist Parish Code of Ordinances, to add subsection “v”, which shall read “pharmacy to dispense prescribed marijuana for therapeutic use” as a permitted use in Commercial District One (C-1).
