A trooper’s stop to help a motorist yielded an arrest on marijuana-dealing charges Sunday morning on Interstate 70, according to Indiana State Police.
Anthony R. Brown, 42, of Indianapolis was booked into Clay County Jail on charges of resisting law enforcement and dealing a controlled substance, ISP said in a news release.
