7:25 a.m. – A 911 caller from Richardson Street reported a male subject who keeps going to an abandoned house. A citation was issued.
8:13 a.m. – A manager from a Sutton Way business reported a male sleeping in a U-Haul on the side of the building for a couple days and requested he be moved along.
10:17 a.m. – A reporting party from South School Street reported a vehicle parked in three-hour parking that hadn’t moved in four months. The vehicle was towed.
11:38 a.m. – A reporting party from Northstar Place reported a rooster.
1:09 p.m. – A reporting party from the Condon Park Skate Park reported her 9-year-old son was riding a scooter and a male subject started cursing out the child. The reporting party advised that the male then began smoking marijuana and blowing it toward her son.
1:33 p.m. – A 911 caller from Sutton Way reported someone has a threatening voice that the caller has history with. When contacted by law enforcement, the caller reported his friend left a banjo at his residence 10-11 months ago. The banjo was subsequently lost and the friend wanted it back. The caller was worried his friend would show up at his residence.
2:46 p.m. – A reporting party from a Neal Street business reported theft of a bottle of vodka by a juvenile female in a brown zip-up with a “Playboy Bunny” logo. A citation was issued.
3:22 p.m. – A 911 caller from Nevada City Highway reported a shirtless male in pajama pants who was seen yelling and “hitting things” as he walked by them.
4:24 p.m. – A reporting party from a Sutton Way hotel reported a “puke” green van occupied by a female on the “do not rent list” who was still on the property after being refused a room.
4:40 p.m. – A male subject was arrested on Brunswick Road on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two priors, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of a narcotic controlled substance.
11:17 p.m. – A reporting party from a South Auburn Street convenience store reported a shirtless male transient came in threatening him to “come outside.”

8:18 a.m. – Law enforcement at the Commercial Street parking lot advised a subject of the no smoking area and moved the subject along.

8:16 a.m. – A reporting party from Harmony Place reported a coyote yelping for the prior 30 minutes and advised it may be injured.
9:07 a.m. – A reporting party from Coleman Lane reported ongoing issues with a neighbor’s dog getting loose and attacking the reporting party’s farm animals.
10:09 a.m. – A reporting party from McCourtney Road reported she had contained two Great Pyrenees puppies that were at her gate Tuesday morning.
10:15 a.m. – A reporting party from Ironclad Road requested personal contact regarding ongoing issues with loose dogs running onto the property and attacking deers.
3:14 p.m. – A reporting party from Jennifer Drive reported an injured deer in her yard that needed to be dispatched.
