HARRISON COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) — A DPS trooper arrested a New Orleans woman Thursday morning after she was allegedly caught in Harrison County traveling with 56 pounds of marijuana in a rental car.
Carolina Romero, 43, is charged with possession of marijuana.
Romero was stopped at 9:42 a.m. on I-20 for speeding, according to a DPS report. During the stop, officers found the marijuana in her rental car.
Her bond has not yet been set.
