The marijuana industry in Delaware is off to a pretty good start, according to a sales report and industry insiders.
Since opening for adult-use sales in August, the statewide marijuana industry has had to contend with two very competitive markets in New Jersey and in Maryland, but has relatively held its own. As of December 2025, there has been more than $31 million in total sales of adult-use, medical and wholesale marijuana in the First State.
