A developer’s grant request won’t be supported by the Tallahassee Redevelopment Agency if the new retail space is used for a medical marijuana dispensary, top staff said.
The $3-million project includes the new construction of a 6,143 square-foot building for two retail tenants at 115 W. Harrison Street Property. Records indicate the half-acre site, owned by WeWould REIT, LLC, was purchased for $495,000 in 2021.
