LARCHWOOD—A 20-year-old Sioux Falls, SD, man was arrested about 10:50 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, in Larchwood on charges of first-offense possession of a controlled substance — marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way.
The arrest of Jack William Zittlau stemmed from the stop of a 2016 Subaru Forester for failing to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Edwards Street and Highway 9 in Larchwood, according to the Iowa State Patrol.
Zittlau had a marijuana joint and a glass pipe with burnt residue in the vehicle, according to the incident report.
