CHEROKEE, N.C. (WLOS) — Qualla Enterprises will begin selling medical cannabis products next month on the Cherokee reservation.
Great Smoky Cannabis Co., a seed-to-sale operation, will open for business at 10 a.m. April 20.
Sales are limited to people 21 and over who have medical cannabis cards. The medical cannabis patient cards are issued by the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians Cannabis Control Board (CCB). Out-of-state medical cards or other tribal medical cannabis cards will also be honored.

Great Smoky Cannabis Co., at 91 Bingo Loop Road, aims to provide patients with safe and regulated access to medicinal cannabis products.
