A Craven County man is facing multiple drug-related charges after deputies found cocaine and marijuana during a traffic stop, according to the Craven County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies with the Criminal Patrol Bureau stopped a vehicle on River Road near Weyerhaeuser Road on Jan. 23 for a traffic violation. During a search of the vehicle, deputies located cocaine and marijuana, authorities said.
Anthony Lamont Hill, 43, of Sampson Street in New Bern, was charged with felony possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hill was taken to the Craven County Confinement Facility and placed under a $15,000 secured bond.
