CRISP COUNTY, Ga (WGXA) — A speeding traffic stop led to a drug and firearm arrest.
On Tuesday, a Crisp County Sheriff's Office deputy conducted a traffic stop on a Ford F-150.
According to the Crisp County Sheriff's Office, Jonathan Lazo of Rochelle, Ga. was going 75 mph in a 55 mph zone.
During the stop, the deputy detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.

Lazo admitted to having marijuana in the vehicle.
Crisp County Sheriff's Office said a search resulted in the discovery of approximately three ounces of marijuana and two firearms inside the vehicle.
30-year-old Lazo was arrested and transported to the Crisp County Jail with charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, felony possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
