Oklahoma regulators have ordered a Tulsa medical marijuana dispensary to stop operating after an investigation found multiple violations of state law, including marijuana products from an unlicensed processor.
The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority said the action involves Bud Guys Dispensary, located near 49th West Avenue and Charles Page Boulevard.
According to OMMA, investigators discovered 133 products at the dispensary that were produced by a processor that does not hold a state license. State law requires all marijuana products sold in licensed dispensaries to come from properly licensed growers and processors.
OMMA said the violations prompted an immediate order for the dispensary to cease operations.
OMMA identified the following marijuana products as unsafe for consumption, saying they came from illegal operations identified as OK Farms and RX Harvest Botanicals:

State officials said the products were not properly tagged in the state inventory tracking system, meaning required testing could not be confirmed.
Patients who purchased these products are advised to dispose of them and contact a physician if they experience any adverse health effects.
The investigation also found several pounds of marijuana products that were not reported in the state’s seed-to-sale inventory tracking system.
All licensed dispensaries in Oklahoma are required to track marijuana from cultivation through processing and final sale. The system is intended to ensure regulatory compliance and prevent illegal diversion.
The authority said the investigation remains ongoing.
