Creston man booked for marijuana possession – southernminn.com

(Creston) — A Creston man faces a drug possession charge following his arrest Thursday evening.
The Creston Police Department says 44-year-old Timothy Robert Hudek was arrested shortly before 5 p.m. for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, 1st offense. Authorities say the arrest occurred at the intersection of Montgomery and Walnut Streets in Creston.
Hudek was taken to the Union County Jail and later released after posting $1,000 cash or surety bond.
