Donald Trump has just signed a game-changing executive order on marijuana — but it’s not what you might think. While cannabis isn’t fully legalized in the U.S., it’s now being reclassified from a Schedule I to a Schedule III drug.
National and Nebraska advocates for medical cannabis access are questioning federal legislation that they say left Nebraska out of an agreement that prevents federal agencies from interfering with state medical marijuana programs.
