SIBLEY—A 39-year-old St. Louis Park, MN, woman was cited about 3:50 p.m. Sunday, April 12, near Sibley on charges of first-offense possession of a controlled substance — marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an open container of alcohol, speeding and operation without a registration card or plate.
The citing of Ashlee Marie Peterson stemmed from the stop of a 2015 Mercury clocked on 93 mph on the Highway 60 expressway about a mile northeast of Sibley, according to the Iowa State Patrol.
Peterson was found in possession of a bag of marijuana and two glass pipes, according to the incident report.
