HAVERHILL — Some upcoming decisions could bring the city its only bed-and-breakfast and its first social consumption marijuana venue, as the pair of permit requests hit councilors this week.
On Tuesday, the Haverhill City Council approved a handful of community events that will take place throughout the spring and summer, while referring permit requests to other committees and councils for future discussion.
