As of February 2026, Kentucky’s medical cannabis market is small but growing, with six dispensaries operating or planning to open throughout the state. As a result of a strictly regulated rollout in a relatively new industry, limited availability is currently the norm.
However, there are now dispensaries in both of Kentucky’s most populated cities: Louisville and Lexington. Here is the list of all of the Kentucky medical cannabis dispensaries as of February.
