STEPHENS CO, Okla. (KSWO) -Authorities in Stephens County issued arrest warrants for a group of people who they say worked together to break into a number of marijuana grow facilities over the past year.
Arrest warrants have been filed for Denton Allmon, Rakim Lumpkins, Patrick Lewis, Ahmed Diessongo, Michael McDuff and Dirrick Dotson.
According to court documents, the group was behind a series of break-ins in May, August and December of last year.
Investigators say they broke into the facilities and stole dozens of pounds of marijuana product.
Authorities believed the group used scanner apps to determine if law enforcement was on the way…but the technology was more of a problem for the accused criminals.
Court documents show that investigators were able to use phone records to connect the accused men to the scene of the crime both on the days of the break-ins.
They all face charges of second degree burglary and grand larceny.
