CHEROKEE, N.C. (WLOS) — Medical marijuana cards are on their way to North Carolina residents who've enrolled in the state's only legal cannabis program.
The Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians' Cannabis Control Board has been systematically processing more than 1,000 applications, starting with enrolled members first.
