Scott Eric Harlow, 61 of Exeter, NH, was arrested this week during a traffic stop near the intersection of SR 53 and Plainville Road.
Police said that Harlow was found in possession of THC and marijuana during the stop. Police did not say what originated the stop.
Harlow is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
