On January 28th, 2026, multiple suspects led officers on a pursuit after a burglary at a marijuana business in South Los Angeles.
According to police, suspects stole marijuana products from a dispensary and fled the scene in a U-Haul box truck. During the pursuit, the suspects discarded marijuana products at multiple locations along the roadway.
The suspects later ditched the U-Haul truck near Randy’s Donuts in Inglewood and transferred into a black sedan. Officers reported that suspects were dropped off one by one before being taken into custody.
The driver of the black sedan continued fleeing before crashing near the intersection of Arlington Avenue and 48th Street. The driver then bailed out of the vehicle and ran into a nearby residence, where they were later arrested.
Officers from Los Angeles Police Department Newton Division handled the investigation. Multiple arrests were made, and no injuries were reported.
