OKLA. — State marijuana enforcement agents seized more than 1,300 marijuana plants and hundreds of pounds of processed marijuana during a search of a Sulphur business as part of an ongoing investigation into illegal cultivation, authorities said.
On Feb. 18, 2026, Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics Marijuana Enforcement Teams served a search warrant at Fortune Family Inc. in Sulphur.
Investigators said the business had been growing marijuana without an OBN registration or an Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority license.
Agents seized 1,392 marijuana plants and 214 pounds of processed marijuana, according to OBN.
Arrests are anticipated as the case moves forward.
OBN said citizens can anonymously report criminal drug and human trafficking activity by calling its tip line at 800-522-8031 or sending the agency a Facebook direct message.
