The Goshen City Council recently approved an ordinance allowing “Designated Outdoor Refreshment Areas.” As a result of the passage of Resolution 5255, visitors to the predefined areas can purchase alcoholic beverages from designated bars and restaurants and carry those drinks outdoors during set hours. Each eligible drink must be contained in a disposable and recyclable cup displaying the DORA logo specially designed for the city of Goshen.
