A traffic stop for illegal window tint quickly turned into a much more serious situation on Sunday, according to the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office.
IRCSO says that on Sunday, deputies pulled over Isaiah Jean-Baptiste, 20, simply because his window tint was too dark. However, a K9 dog with the officers was alerted by Jean-Baptiste’s vehicle, signaling that there could be a reason for the dark tint.
According to IRCSO, they found what appeared to be marijuana, which later also tested positive for heroin, along with several other drugs.

As such, Jean-Baptiste was arrested on multiple charges including possession with intent to sell, according to IRCSO.
