(WGGB/WSHM) — As of April 20th, new laws are in place for marijuana users and businesses. Under this new legislation, called An Act Modernizing the Commonwealth’s Cannabis Laws, signed into law over the weekend, several things are overhauled significantly.
However, there is an effort to repeal the states’ laws allowing for marijuana sales and personal cultivation. Supporters hope to have it on the ballot this coming November.
