Lawmakers kicked off their first week back from spring recess by sifting through a slew of new bills while also returning to some familiar ones.
A first-leg amendment that would ensure absentee voting for all Delawareans passed the Senate for the second time on April 14.
Legislators also cleared bills centered on regulations for kratom products, limiting the operation of private detention centers, codifying Delaware’s longtime economic advisory panel and updating the state’s corporate fees.
