Christen Bryanna Meeler, 27 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said she caused a wreck and then fled the scene while in possession of drugs and driving under the influence.
Reports said that Meeler left the roadway on Ga 101 near Chateau Drive and crashed into a ditch. Meeler then fled the scene on foot.
Officers said that after locating Meeler she admitted to have been drinking moonshine. A search then resulted in officers locating a phentermine pill and marijuana in her possession.
Meeler is charged with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, DUI, hit and run, possession of marijuana, drugs not in original container and failure to maintain lane
