Agents with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics say they seized hundreds of marijuana plants as part of an ongoing criminal investigation.
On Thursday, OBN's Marijuana Enforcement Teams served a search warrant at Sunray Pharms, located at 14517 W. Hwy 66 in Sapulpa.
“Our MET Agents have found evidence of black-market distribution, obtaining their OBN Registration by fraud through a ‘straw ownership’ scheme, untagged marijuana plants, and plants with tags that do not belong to this business,” said OBN PIO Mark Woodward.
Agents seized 286 marijuana plants, 77 pounds of processed marijuana, and four guns.
Since 2022, OBN MET agents have seized over 2.2 million illegal marijuana plants, more than 290,000 pounds of processed marijuana, and made over 400 arrests.
