LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Mount Joy man is behind bars after he was allegedly found to have cocaine and marijuana.
Shawn Schweers, 53, is accused of possessing 88.55 grams of suspected cocaine and 11 bags of suspected marijuana, according to a press release from the Mount Joy Borough Police Department.
Each of the 11 bags contained 121.3 grams of suspected marijuana, police said.
Officers also seized three scales "commonly used for weighing narcotics," plastic bags and a safe containing narcotics and cash.
According to online court records, police charged Schweers with 23 counts of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, two counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance, one count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, and one count of terroristic threats.
He remains in Lancaster County Prison in lieu of a $50,000 bail, records show.
