PENSACOLA, Fla. — A 25-year-old Pensacola man is facing federal charges after a grand jury indictment alleging crimes involving U.S. mail and marijuana.
Divincent M. Madison Jr. was indicted in federal court on one count of delay or destruction of U.S. mail, one count of theft of U.S. mail by a U.S. postal employee, and one count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
Madison appeared for his arraignment in federal court before U.S. Magistrate Judge Hope T. Cannon in Pensacola. A jury trial is scheduled for May 18 at 8:30 a.m.
If convicted, Madison faces up to five years in prison on each count, according to the report.
