COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Three men have been arrested after drugs, a gun, and dogs were found at a home.
The Richland County Sheriff’s Department (RCSD) announced the arrests of Prince Humphery, 21, Omarion Patterson, 23, and George Legette, 24.
According to RCSD, Humphery was charged with five counts of grand larceny, value $10,000 or more. Patterson was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Legette was charged with possession of a stolen gun.
All three were transported to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center, where they remain in custody.
Sheriff Lott said that on Thursday, deputies served an arrest warrant on Prince Humphery shortly after 3 p.m. at a home in the 5100 block of Farrow Road for motor vehicle theft charges from previous incidents.
During the arrest, deputies reportedly found nearly three pounds of marijuana and a stolen gun. Deputies also secured 17 dogs on the property and found evidence of an illegal breeding operation. Animal Control responded to the scene and took custody of the dogs.
The investigation is ongoing.
