An Elmwood Park marijuana dispensary says an “ongoing campaign” by a rival company and suppliers is intended to squeeze out its business.
In a lawsuit, OHM Theory LLC, which operates the independent, minority-owned OHM Theory Dispensary in Elmwood Park, said Hackensack-based dispensary Hashery LLC and various suppliers have not been competing “on the merits.”
