Employees for the city of Somerset will have to continue to follow federal guidelines when it comes to drug policies, which means they are not allowed to use marijuana.
That’s due to federal regulations that dictate how a city can use federal funding, as well as other regulations surrounding city workforce safety among first responders and utility workers.
