LAURENS COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office said two people have been charged in connection to an investigation involving crimes against minors.
According to arrest warrants, Julian Anthony Corey Bowman and Ciara Langston were both charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The warrants said that between Aug. 1, 2025, and Sept. 30, 2025, Bowman sold a minor a $30 nicotine vape. The warrants also said Langston knowingly influenced a minor to smoke marijuana with her and another adult.
Additional warrants alleged Bowman had a minor between 14 and 16 years old touch him inappropriately and exposed himself to a minor for sexual gratification.
Officials said Bowman was also charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and sexual/indecent exposure.
Bowman remains in the Laurens County Detention Center.
